Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Met up for steeple drills. Took a while to loosen up. Coach didnt think I was doing very well at them. I wasnt I was leaning back, but I was getting over on the right. Left was still tight. I can see why it is tough this first week. This is definietly something you need to work into. I am excited though, even if I sucked today. Went through all the walk throughs, joggin walk overs on wed. Quad tightened up a crap ton at the end when we did single leg squats. Dang
Did a mile on the track first to warm up. Went out for my run after. It was a shitty run. It was dark, raining, my leg was sore, I couldnt see shit, and the sidewalks were underwater. Not too happy didnt feel great. Kinda pissed when I got back. Just went out to coventry on overloo came back derbyshire.
Stretch, roll (a lot) and L7 after. Did some push ups too. Rehab tomorrow but the ankle feels pretty good.
