Weather: indoors? Quite nice!
Comments:
Felt wonderful for the first lap of each repeat, then felt horrible for the next 4-5 laps. Got continually slower with each rep... not exactly what I intended when I started! So I had Dori's chant in my head: "just keep running, just keep running, running, running ...." and it kept me moving. The country music helped as well =)
Could have something to do with taking yesterday off:
I spent most of Sunday in bed sleeping off whatever sickness I've been fighting for the past week and a half. Sadly, I don't think it quite worked, as I woke up this morning with a terrible headache and icky feeling. If it weren't for ibuprofin, I prolly wouldn't have been able to make it through practice! As the ibuprofin wore off, I noticed my back is starting to hurt again, too. Lots of badness.
