400, 400, 800, 400, 3 sets
400s at 66-68 and 800s at 2:27 (goal pace around 2:21-2:23). 2 min rest between all reps.
the first few were slow but we warmed up and were able to run mostly our paces. the 800s were slow. felt really strong. worried about my knee but it didnt flare up at all.
