Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Fit in my swim quickly before lunch. It went pretty well. Did 3 strokes for most of it and it felt pretty good. Ankle was hurting in the beginning, but felt better at the end.
Jumped out. Stretched briefly with Corey and Tim rolled and did some pushups. Bike and rehab in the afternoon and I'll get some good essentials in then.
