Comments:
We were running 6x400 (400 breaks in between) with a goal pace in the mid 70s. I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but I ended up running pretty well (especially considering I was wearing my Hurricanes, which are fairly heavy). I stuck with Spencer for all of them, which was pretty helpful to my times since he is an amazing pacer. I didn't have too much trouble overall and this definitely boosted my confidence.
