A little workout

Weather: Nice 50's

Comments:
Great weather for running, so we went to the track and did a iti workout... I didn't really do the workout, but did some 4's and an 8 to see how hard 5 min pace would be since I am really out of shape. Workout was pretty good.
74,72,70 for 3 fours, and then an 8 in 2:31. All were pretty controlled, so I feel confident that sub 5 is in the cards in a week or two.
