After taking a little nap upstairs... I wasnt very motivated to get into this one. It was pretty boring too. Watched EMT at the end which took up a lot of time. Quads werent as bad as I thought they would be.
Down for Rehab right after
Back up to get in some really good essentials. Stretch static 2, rolling, L7, hips, leg hang, abs and ice. Still feeling sore in the quads. Hopefully I can get through tomorrow and not get yelled at again.
