Great workout 5 x mile with 3:30 rest. I think i was pretty much at 5:14 to 5:16 everyone, pretty solid. With Farkas, biog o, Grese, wade and carter. Thanks carter for getting me through that last one. Got the chills after I finished, first time sense cross. Great cool down with Grese after, nice and easy. Then I ate way to much for dinner and passed out and got 10 hours of sleep, great night and workout
