Comments:
not a bad workout, but wasn't great. didn't feel good still. 4x1k at 8k race pace (3:43) with a minute rest but i kept starting with the fast group so i only got 45-50s rest. splits were (3:36, 3:35, 3:39, 3:36). I've been chafing like crazy and it's painful just to run.
