Ankle Rehab

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
After lunch and doing some work upstairs. I was tired, but eventually made my way downstairs. Biked first to warm up, then hit up the training room. Same as last week. Added in some lunges. Ankle was sore after, especially in the heel... Iced it right after.

Upstairs to stretch static 2 and roll again. Then I did pushups and a leg hang. Feeling tired still... I want to get some good sleep. Hopefully I can make room for it on Saturday.

Jess said I can do a mixture of stuff over break. Ill get a copy of everything before I go.
