6:25PM. Sleep: 5.5 hr. Plenty of bathroom-related events surrounding this run, talked to my boss in the bathroom about the project that we just got out the door, saw a cat doing its business on the side of the trail, a truck was changing out the solids dumpsters at the WWTP, I had to take a pit stop at the bathroom in McClendon Park, decent run, stretch
