Comments:
Veale up North Park to Coventry (with Robert, Grogan, Paul) + up North Park to Shelburne to Green and back to Veale (alone) - I tripped over the curb at Coventry, scraping my elbow and hurting my knee. I continued onward anyway at a pathetically slow pace for the rest of the run.
