1mi warmup, 20x200m w/ 30sec rest and 3min rest after sets of 8, first 16: I ran 39-40sec, last 4: 3 x 35, 32. I felt really consistent and strong. 1mi cooldown, 3x45sec abs, 45sec planks, pushups.
