Comments:
Now I remember why I stopped doing these workouts. Felt great for the first two sets, but then I tried to keep up with everyone on the faster 400s and felt my hamstring on the last one. Decided to jog that one in, instead of risk the possibility of hurting it more. My legs felt realy sore afterwards. Probably will try not to do 200s again until outdoor track.
