Hills on Allen Ave

We ran a pretty good warmup out to the hills next to Allen Ave, and ran 10 intervals. Once again, I'm not sure on the distance, but it was probably between 160 and 150 meters.

I started out feeling great, but for the last three I felt pretty dead. The cooldown was terribly painful as I got a cramp about halfway through. Luckily I'm done for the week, and on the plus side my shins didn't hurt at all today.
