Travel day back home. Pretty uneventful. Just feel so tired, and sick with the head cold. Did some ankle stuff since I ditched it yesterday. Picked 5 (line jumps, toe/heel walks, 3 way calf, squat jumps, slideboard) it works pretty well, just cant do bosu ball stuff, but standing on one leg should work too. I will encorporate 2 things each day, and do a full 5 things rehab 2x a week as usual. Get back to running tomorrow, long sunday. Try out the old routes
