Comments:
...Then Caroline called and wanted to go swimming after strength work. Figured the pool would be really good to stretch out and whatnot. Side, psoas, and multiple other extremities felt much better. A bit tired after the hills and this, but will take it easier tomorrow, but feeling really good in general!
