Good bike downstairs. Went by really quickly and i was going pretty fast. Felt weird to xtrain today because I took Friday off, but I got to get back into the cycle.
Back upstairs to stretch, roll, L7. All felt really good. Did rehab, then abs and pushups. Going to get in HM tomorrow at the high school. Lets see how it works...
