Weather: muggy and rainy
Comments:
Postponed the workout a day cause I didn't get the email yesterday. The weather today resembled something out of RE4 (rob you know what I'm talking about). I'm serious, very erie, so muggy, scary. Felt good on some of the reps, although doing them through the hilly section of the state park probably wasn't a good call. Starting to feel like I'm getting back what I lost in finals. Took 2min rest in between each rep
