Comments:
took it moderate-easy pace around my home loop. Bout 6.5 miles, but with 1 mile of straight >45degree uphill, i think it should be more. Weather was perfect, legs felt pretty bad. Lifted before so my arms felt horrible (mini-goal before intersession, be able to do 10 REAL pushups!) feeling in better shape everyday
