Nazi Camp

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Met up with Ari and Matt at the hish school. A bunch of freshmen joined too, didnt know any of them, they cut off early, so it was basically just Ari and I. Matt has an fairly intense winter training schedule, so he cut off also to do a workout on the Rec Way. Nice chatting about the old team. I feel bad that Ari is still stuck at the high school, but he will have fun next year. It would be sweet to to race them. Matt also sounds like he is doing well and Binghamton. It was nice catching up, and hopefully we can run more this break. Pace was easy, just chatting the whole time. Legs felt fine.

GOt back to the high school, stretched in the locker room for a little. L7. Drove Ari home, then got back, rolled, and did rehab. Dropped down for a few pushups too. Overall a very nice run, even in the dark. I might incorporate the steady state on tomorrows run... Im starting to feel a little more in shape.

Also, got my last grade in today (Statics). Further supports my claim that a good running season equals good grades :)
