It's like fartlek, but with la's in the middle! So clever so clever. Wanted to do a track workout, but figured it'd be too early to do a 3xmile or 6x8 jaunt and confirmed with Samet. So settled with fartlek. Anywhooooo didn't get out till 545, 10 minute warmup. Then (3 hard, 3 recovery, 2 hard, 2 recovery, 1 hard, 1 recovery) x2 . Ended with a 5 minute pickup uphill. 10 minute cool down and strength after. Don't think I've gone this fast or pushed this much in awhile, because I'm quite tired right now and during the run my face windier than usual and breathing was harder than usual. On another note, I've been a little worried that I"m not doing enough or just not training right. I feel quite good right now but somethings lingering that I'm not doing enough.
