Apartment, Eldridge, Terry Hershey Park: west to reservoir dike
6:55PM. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Late day at the office and of course, on the night that the Texans are on Thursday night football, water belly on the way out, rain this morning had left puddles on the trail, drills

Reservoir dike
8 * 200m hills w/downhill recovery, pretty good workout until the last couple when I started to hear the call of nature, an older gentleman out walking the hill made it impossible to duck away into the woods there.

Terry Hershey Park: reservoir dike to Eldridge, Apartment
Didn't make to the bathroom at Eldridge, so I ducked into the woods, thought I might have to stop for round 2 but my stomach settled, stretched, did some pushups and core while watching the game, which the Texans lose with some help from the refs.
