Had to xtrain again today. Foot still feeling bad. Walked around on it ok, but probably couldnt run. See whats up tomorrow. Not the christmas present I wanted (Id rather be running). Santa doesnt like me... The bike was good though. Went pretty hard. Its still early and I feel like I am getting into shape. Just frustrating I cant get out there and run. Got to be patient. RHR has been pretty high though, idk about that.
After biking, back upstairs for some misc static stretched, roll and L7. More self care with hips, dubbell work (shoulders, biceps, dumbell pushups) hammies and ankle bands. Ill throw in some lifting everyonce and a while, just so I dont get my ass beat when we start up in the spring. Legs feel loose and good.
Wont hit mileage this week. Just do whats smart
