I overslept and missed the morning practice today, so I was kinda on my own with this workout (I didn't even know what they did except that it was some kind of hill workout. In the end it turned out they did the same workout but with less repetitions... cool). I did a somewhat short warmup, and did 6 of what ended up being longer than 400m at a good pace. I think I did better than the last time I did this workout, which is impressive since I was running alone, although the fact that I wore my lighter Victory+ trainers probably had something to with it.
In other news, my right thigh still felt pretty painful, although the pain went away on the first 400 and didn't return until the cooldown. I'll have to rest it the next few days.
