Comments:
ran in the afternoon by myself. for christmas i got a few clothing items and money to buy my own gift, which i might get some golf clubs with eventually. but this morning had that lack of surprise that makes christmas what it is, since i didnt really get gifts... so just went out and ran in the beautiful weather, which made me feel better. and then went over to kevin's house for a small christmas party with a few friends and some of their parents. the sundley family is my new favorite family. cody's parents both were interested in hearing about materials and case and everything, more so than anyone in my family ever asks about with matt going to yale and all that. had some good conversations with cody too, about our struggles in running and the whole college experience. really good talking to him, and everyone there about stuff. kind of a bittersweet christmas.
