Ran the 1st 4 miles outside..(til i fell on ice).. wow... went to the gym to finish the last 10 on the indoor track. I hate the track, it hurts my hips but i guess its a lil better than the flippen treadmill that hurts my knees! So todays coices (freeze and die a slow painful death outside, the mill of pain and injury or the track of torture) hopefully the weather breaks soon but happy i got good miles in.......
