Comments:
Early wake up again. Tired from a long day yesterday. Felt it on the run. Ran with Pops most of the way at a slow pace. Felt stiff and sluggish. It was nice out though... Legs and foot fine.
Got back, stretched, rolled, L7 and pushups. Had to get going, so just did some ankles quickly.
