Comments:
Was supposed to run in Meno today, but that fell through, so Behrs showed up to run in RF. Ran the Deuce from home. Good run, but I was tired and had gut-rot; had to deuce about 800m into Ellie. Had some good convos, and some excellent trail running.

Merkel showed up after; we got dinner and beers at Juniors.
