Comments:
Did the fabled Rooster ROck solo.
THe usual is up the less steep trail to the summit, then down Rooster (much steeper), then up rooster, then down the whatever trail. One sequence is 11 miles and lots of climbing. I did 1.5. Trashed but OK. B patellar tendon pain on the descents. Gut rot afterwards.
