Hills

December 29, 2011 (Night)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Instead of making up for Tuesday, stuck to original plan of a hill run today. Not like last week going all out on short hills, because these were a bit longer. 5 minute warmup, then up Foxhall road, hard tempoing the hill sections. Down Loughboro and Arizona to Chain Bridge, up there, then back down Foxhall home. Time got a bit off, forgot to stop/start at some of the lights so I'll estimate. Overall good, tired by the end but that's to be expected. Quite excited for some company in the next few days! Crunches, planks and all that whatnot at home.
