Weather: Cooler than normal. Overcast.
Comments:
Another bash at week 5 of the CoolRunning.com couch to 5k podcast. Feeling comfortable now in my runs, getting a workout still, but seem to be past the wheezes and strains of too many years smoking. Today ran another interval - two 8 minute runs broken by a 5 minute walk. Pretty straightforward.
