So I ran 10 miles this AM. I was going to run it prior to PT with the local forces, but I couldn't go to sleep till about midnight so that was out of the question. Good thing for me was that PT was cancelled and I was able to come to work late after my run. I tried to "carb up" last night at dinner, but I think a gatorade would have helped instead of just water. But I felt good after a 10 miler. I was running around a 9:30 pace or 6.5 mph for most of the run.
