Glaser down Cedar to Chester to E13th to Superior to W25th to Lorain/Carnegie to Ontario to Eagle to E9th to Euclid, back up Cedar Hill (with Grese) + up Euclid Heights to Coventry and back to Glaser (alone) - After last week, I was a little more conservative in my pace estimation and wound up running a little bit too far. I felt sort of tired before I ran, but held up surprisingly well. I was sore and my stomach was angry at the end. I basically just ate a granola bar before this, so I was hungry and depleted.
