Comments:
Wore shorts for the first run of 2012. It was actually pretty warm out... real windy though. Seemed like the wind was always against me. Ran all around the block, while adding on quarry and hickory loops. The hills were pretty tough, def not used to them. Made this pretty hard, I was very tired at the end. The pace with all the hills and the wind evens out though.
Stretched, rolled, L7 and pushups when I got back. Hips, back legs, all feel sore. Havnt gone this far and on all these hills in a few weeks... I do miss it
