Comments:
Woke up at 0830, super-tired. Shitty weather - about 3-4" of snow and very windy. Bundled up and went for it, a very easy 30min, which I'll call 3 miles.
SUPER-tired the rest of the day; played a bit outside w/Evan, but otherwise sat around and slept the rest of the day; no more running, so no 100-mile week. That's OK...
