Not sure if this counts, but I won't be running today after this long and vigorous hike. Was out for nearly 2 hours and covered some very steep climbs. A brisk walking pace for most of the time. HR was up as though I was running at a moderate pace on flat ground. No Water, but plenty of sweat by the end.
