Comments:
solid workout with peter. 4xmile in 5:20, :18, :19, :16. He kicked my ass the last two, but I still ran relatively well. Completely even 80's the last mile before opening up a bit for a 76 final lap. Solid workout, didn't feel too spent afterward. Good way to really officially start the season. 4' rest between miles, but i'm not too worried about the lots of rest thing right now.
