Decent workout, luckily I had my performance trainers for this one so I ran some good intervals. We were tasked with 6-8 200s and I put in a good 7. I might have been able to put in an eighth but it would've pushed me too much. As it is I was happy with my workout, and I'm excited for Friday's meet (where I'll be running the open 8 and a 4x2 leg.
