Pretty good bike downstairs. Swelling went way down, and I can walk fine, so im thinking this wasnt as bad as Halloween. Still stiff and swollen overall, but you cant tell on a bike. doesnt look like a baseball anymore, just like a cancer tumor. Just got to Xtraining what I have too, and be patient.
After biking, went through HM around the house. It wasnt as good with real hurdles, but it got the job done. Did some "unders" but not walk overs. Well get back into it when practice starts back up. Stretch, roll, L7 and planks. Hit up the Y tomorrow.
Still feel like I have flexibility and fitness, which is good this early. I feel in way better shape than last winter, which is funny, because it hasnt gone the way I expected. Last winter was pretty crappy also... last season Still being patient has helped me with my frustrations, and I want to stick by that, but I also need to be aggressive at getting stronger and faster when the time is right.
Also, got a new, heavier-duty brace to wear while running to prevent rolling again. Got to run without it also to strengthen the muscles too.
