Literally as soon as I woke up this morning, felt the soreness all over. So running the intervals sucked balls today. Did a quarter at 75%, recov 100, 300 at 75%, 100 recov, 200 all out, 100 recov then 100 all out. Felt like complete shit. Little 20 minute run then 3x100. They felt a tad better.
