Weather: sunny but cool
Comments:
Felt great warming up. Felt great on warmup pushes. Felt great for first mile (5:48 very controlled) then got in no mans land and got slower and slower for another crappy 5K. I am so frustrated. I am so much better than this and things are going so well. I have no explanation and no excuses.
