Comments:
Been a while since I have swam. Got right into the "Adult Lap" (Got to be 18 or older) as it started. Arms were very sore and weak from the lift, so I took breaks, but the breathing wasnt that hard. Had my own lane too :) Ankle wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be, but it was sore afterward.
