Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
After biking at the Y, went down to the weight room in the gym. Thought the Upper 300 (Day 2) would be a good workout, since I didnt have much stuff to do a Distance lift, and I didnt think I could squat with my ankle. It was tough, not lifting in a while. Went shorter on the pullups, and some of the bicep curls.
Ankle rehab after:
3 way calf
line jumps
toe/heel
squat jumps
bosu swith jump
It was good enough that I could do the rehab. Still weak at the extremes...
