Comments:
my day:
history exam wasn't as bad as i thought it'd be (i mean i studied for it so i better've done well!)
45min lunch break.
then got started on physics studying (dont need to study for english as much). got thru about 5 problems, which took me way too long. i guess i was just tired, but my mind was processing the word problems sooooo slowly...like things just weren't clicking...one of those days...probably a sign that i need a week-end
then abbey distracted me and i ended up in the art room for an hour. when i came back to my couch, some freshman had taken it, which just made me mad.

my work-out:
practice was, well, interesting. the first half wasn't so bad. my head was on straight despite my tiredness. but then after going thru this one play (ball state) for the hundreth time, my body/mind just fell asleep on me. and i never really woke up again.
and then came shooting - i missed most of them - it was bad. i was tired...
then came "fake suicides" (running back and forth from endline to endline, keep in mind we only have half the gym...). its so frustrating to run back and forth in such a tiny space where u really have no room at all to sprint without running into the wall. i guess thats why i prefer full-court suicides/ the real thing (ehhh i hope my coach isnt reading this...or my teammates will kill me for suggesting more running)...anyway, suffice to say bball practice is nothing to track practice. i was outta breath, but nothing compared to william's work-outs that i remember from last year in which i literally collapsed after one of them (i mean actually fell to the ground, not in the silly manner one collapses and pretends they cant get up, but when you feel your head spinning, your poriveral vision goes black, you can no longer feel your previously burning quads - just dead weight collapsed into gravity, and the only pain comes from your struggle just to get air into your lungs) - yeah so today wasnt like that --- (oh man my pronoun use just completely failed...my english teacher better never see this)
Then i rushed outta practice and only barely made it on time (always got places to be and people to see :p
My bruise from todays practice is totally turning green. i know im more of a chemist than a biologist/biochemist, but im pretty sure that blood is red, and bruises are black and blue, and maybe yellow/brown. but definitely not green. i guess my hopper spirit is showing
anyway, im still kinda outta it (if you cant already tell from this extensively wandering log entry....you kno i really just just get a blog or twitter or something). debating whether to not study tonight

so i just saw happened to see that a couple people posted with entries entitled "batons" and thought - hey hey hey wait a sec, thats totally spelled wrong! i mean two ppl spelling it wrong in a row, somethings up here. and then i remembered anthony telling me that for the past like 3 yrs I'VE been spelling it wrong. its "baton," not "piton." embarassing moment = my life.
