Comments:
Met Paul and Dan at the top of the parking garage downtown. They didnt want to do a full sandbank, so we cut off the part through town. It was snowing, and pretty cold, and it got worse at the top of the hill. Wasnt too tough up the, we werent really pushing the pace either. Took it easy and slow down the trail to watch the ankle. Came back on spencer and went to the store. Hung out there a little, then went back to the garage. I parked on the 6th level, so I had to run back up... It actually added on some considerable distance. Ankle felt pretty good actually! mostly since I didnt roll it. Sore after though...
Stretched when I got home, so it was a while after. Stretch, roll, hammy, L7. Good to get some distance back in :)
