Comments:
I woke up this morning and ran so that I could get it out of the way before heading back to Cleveland. Instead of a workout today, I decided just to do a nice, hard run. I started off a bit quicker than I ran most of this and I positive split by about a minute. My hamstrings were rather sore, particularly the right one, and that slowed me up a bit. Still, it was a decent run and for once my stomach didn't cause any problems.
