MLK: 0 to 2mi, 2 to 0mi, 0 to 1mi and back 3*2mi w/3 min recovery, with Tim, Grese, Carter, Gjoraas, and Austin, splits: 11:20, 12:00, 12:10, didn't feel my legs underneath me, pit stops after first two intervals, cold clearly affecting my running
