snyderhill -> Bikepaths

Comments:
Exhausted today. Felt like a 50 year old jogger. Bad news since I was trying to throw a steady state in. Felt tired going up quarry and coming down snyderhill, and tried to do pick ups on the bikepaths, but they were slow... must have done a little more than 10:00 min. One of those days. Trotted home... The weather was really nice though :). Ankle was uncomfortable in the beginning, but decent at the end. Getting some nasty chaffing, but I dont care.

Got back, did a lot of self care. Stretch, roll, L7, hips, a few ankles, planks. Overall, felt weak and heavy in the legs, but nothing hurt. Ankle seems to be coming along, but its still strained.
