Legs Sore

Comments:
No idea why my legs were hurting so much, they were on fire the whole time. Kind of pissed me off because I probably could have run 4:30-4:32. Anyways, after the warmup did 3 laps of jog the curve 90% on the straights. That kinda took a little out of me cause I went hard with Frank. Then the quarters went 67, 70, 71, 70 with 1:40 rest in b/w each one. 1st one felt good and smoothe but they got harder each time. The last one I really had to dig deep for. Again, nto sure why I felt so shitty today. Would have loved to go 66, then all 68's or 69's.
